We had a lovely time at the resort overall, with spacious rooms and beautiful grounds. The staff was very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area. However, some dining experiences were disappointing, and there were a few service hiccups, especially with reservations. The value for money was decent, but improvements could be made in service consistency.
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing, especially considering its supposed luxury. The initial room experience was a nightmare—slow check-in, an uncomfortable room temperature, and a lack of a promised third bed ruined my first night. The food wasn’t consistently good, with a lot of undercooked options. While the beach and facilities were decent, the overall service left much to be desired. I don’t think this resort is worth the high price; there are much better options nearby.

While the staff in the Privilege areas were great, the overall service was lacking, and we struggled with communication at times. The beach and pool areas were often packed, which made it hard to relax. On the upside, the accommodations were spacious, and some activities were enjoyable.
